Some agile experts have called our idea "the first real innovation since Scrum". Multiple people have said, "If this works, it's going to be huge." Of course, we agree with those assessments. 🙂 However, with big opportunities also come high risks. You should only invest in a startup if you understand what is at stake.

For the crowdfunding option, we use Seedrs. On this platform, the minimum investment is GBP 10 (EUR 11.50).
For people in countries where Seedrs is not available, we offer an alternative solution. Because this requires manual handling of agreements, the minimum required size of investments will be EUR 1000.
If you are based in an EU/EEA country, you can make your investment on Seedrs. This is a platform for equity crowdfunding and they arrange everything for startups and investors. The minimum amount for investments will be EUR 11.50. (Link available soon!)
If you are not based in an EU/EEA country, it depends on our existing business relationship with you, the size of your investment, and in which country you are based. In some cases, we will refer investors to Seedrs; in other cases, we will handle the investment manually. For manual processes, the minimum amount will be EUR 1000. Please fill out this form. We will contact you about the next steps.
Rest assured that everyone can invest in Agility Scales. But the procedure and size of investment depends on the context.
Apart from supporting an innovative platform, and being able to say that you own it, the main benefit is hopefully a good return on investment. That's what investing is all about, after all.
As an investor, you will be among the first to know what is going on in the company, and now and then we may invite your for online events. Sorry, you do not get free access to services. An investor is not automatically also a customer.
Our Agility Scales startup is currently valued at EUR 5M. This valuation has been discussed and agreed upon with several angel investors.
We are looking for a minimum investment of EUR 300K and a maximum of EUR 1M at this time.
With a valuation of 5M, this means that we sell between 6% and 20% of the company (pre-money) to the crowd.
Both are welcome!

The deadline is December 20th, 2017. However, it will be first come, first served, and we sell not more than 20% of equity. This means that we may run out of shares earlier, depending on the success of our fundraising efforts.
On many days, he is also available at 5pm (17:00) CEST for questions from customers, volunteers, players, and investors, on a dedicated Zoom channel. Contact the team for details.

Normally, there is no invoice for the transfer of shares. The contract is the legal document that is the basis for the transaction and therefore, you should show the contract to your accountant and tax office. Please check this with your own accountant first.
Nobody knows. If you require an estimate of the ROI, you should not invest in a startup and you should choose other (safer) investment opportunities instead. 🙂
We aim for an exit within 7 years. This would either be a sale of the company or an IPO. it is also possible that the company decides to remain independent and unlisted. In that case, it will start paying out dividends.
Don't count on it. Startups almost never pay out dividends to investors. The goal is to achieve an exit (sale of the company or IPO) in seven years or earlier.
This is not a decision to be made now. We will follow regular procedures for limited liability companies, meaning that profit sharing (dividend) is an annual decision that will be made by the company's management and shareholders together.
Everything is handled remotely. The signed agreement and your payment are enough proof that you have ownership. We do not send physical documents. You will also get a regular update which is exclusive to shareholders.
The money you pay will legally count as an investment and ownership of equity in a company. In some countries, investments are tax deductible. You will have to figure that out yourself. In the future, if we decide to pay dividends on shares, it would legally count as income for you. You will probably be taxed for that.
No. Shareholders are not liable for debts in the business. This is only possible with criminal organizations. We do not intend to become criminals. 🙂
